Using Luna

You are responsible for the information you enter and for choosing who receives exported reports and log files. Luna is not a substitute for a healthcare professional’s judgment. Do not use a diary entry, color selection or reminder to delay appropriate care.

Reminders and availability

Reminders depend on device permissions, system settings and availability. They may be delayed or missed. Use other arrangements when a reminder is important to caregiving. Devices may show different records while offline or waiting for synchronization.

Free logging and purchases

Luna provides 15 lifetime free logs. Editing or deleting entries does not replenish that allowance. The app offers Unlock Forever as a one-time, non-subscription purchase for continued logging and custom buttons. You can save custom-button definitions and choose up to five additional buttons to display on Home.

Apple’s localized price is shown in the purchase flow. Restore Purchases checks for an eligible purchase associated with your Apple Account. A refunded or revoked purchase may no longer unlock paid features. Apple handles payment and refund requests, including through Report a Problem.

Your records and recovery

Luna stores diary data using iCloud and local preferences on your device. Synchronization and recovery depend on cloud availability and successful uploads. Keep an export of records you need independently. You are responsible for handling copies you share or save elsewhere.

Individual deletion updates the saved diary; it does not erase exported files, older storage files or all app settings. Removing the app does not delete its iCloud records. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Applicable Apple terms govern App Store distribution and purchases. Nothing on this page removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
